The character face plate flips open so smoothly, and the digital watch inside is actually readable despite being so tiny. I've already gotten compliments from coworkers who spotted it on my wrist during our afternoon meetings. A perfect little nostalgia hit for my desk days.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to pop open the character face and check the time. The digital display is clear and simple to read, though I wish the band was a bit more adjustable for smaller wrists.

The face plate is cute and does open, but the watch itself feels a bit flimsy for the price. It keeps time fine for a novelty item, though the band is a little stiff.
